Data protection
Privacy policy
This policy describes how Moving Prestige collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.
Data controller
The data controller is Moving Prestige SARL, Zone Industrielle, Chemin des Épinettes, 01150 Saint-Sorlin-en-Bugey. For any question about your data: [email protected].
Data collected
We collect the data you provide voluntarily: name, telephone, email, pick-up and drop-off, date, number of passengers and any message. When you book online, the information needed to arrange the journey is collected in the same way.
No advertising profile is built and no data is collected without your knowledge.
Use of data
Your data is used only to answer your request, prepare a proposal, arrange and carry out the service, and manage the relationship. It is used for no other purpose.
Recipients and processors
Your data reaches Moving Prestige and is never sold. To operate, the site relies on technical providers, strictly for the stated purpose: the online booking platform (Way-Plan) to handle a booking request, a mapping service (Google) queried from our servers for address entry and route calculation, and an email service to deliver requests. Your browser is not put in direct contact with these services from the site’s pages.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Only technical data strictly necessary for the site to work may be kept temporarily.
Retention
Data related to a request is kept for as long as needed to handle it and manage the relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations, before being deleted or archived.
Security
We use measures to protect your data, including encryption of exchanges. As no transmission over the Internet or storage is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Exercise these rights at [email protected] or by post to the registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Changes
This policy may change at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
