Private events in Lyon: coordinated arrivals and returns

You give us the date, the place, the number of guests and the time the evening starts. We set the pick-up points, the number of vehicles and the time of the first departure. The price is given on request and agreed before the evening. A last-minute request is set up in under an hour.

On the night, the chauffeur arrives at the agreed address and announces himself by phone rather than by horn. He drops you as close to the entrance as he can, then waits nearby, engine off, until you call. Returns happen as the evening goes: those leaving early go first, the others follow. One number for the whole group, the same from the first call to the last return.

A dinner in town, a private party at an estate in the Beaujolais, a birthday, an awards evening, a concert or an away match: the need is always the same, arrive together and get home without thinking about it. For two people, the S-Class. For three, the E-Class or the GLE 400, useful when the road climbs and the weather turns.

For a full table, the V-Class carries seven passengers, and several cars leave from the same address as the group grows. Beyond that, the Sprinter VIP brings fifteen people together in one vehicle, with an extra seat for the organiser. We drive across France and Italy departing from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, including up to the ski resorts when the evening is held at altitude.

Discretion comes down to details: a chauffeur in a suit, a clean car, a driver who waits out of the way, and nothing repeated afterwards. The standard has not moved in almost thirty years, and it is what regular clients come back for. Wi-Fi and a bottle of water are on board in each of the nine vehicles.

Punctuality, for its part, is prepared beforehand: the chauffeur checks the route, allows for closed streets and arrives early. On private journeys the rate is a single one — no night, weekend or public holiday surcharge, which matters when the evening ends late.
