From central Lyon the drive is 198 km and 2 h 35: motorway to Albertville, then the Tarentaise valley and the climb to Courchevel. From Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport, allow 185 km and 2 h 15, without crossing the city. We track your flight: the pick-up moves with the actual landing, and your chauffeur meets you as you leave the baggage hall.

If you come by train, the access station is Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains. From there it is 23 km and 35 min of road up to Courchevel 1850, at 1,850 m. The chauffeur waits on the platform or outside the station, whichever suits you. Waiting is included: thirty minutes at a station or a hotel, one hour at an airport, counted from the scheduled landing time.

A stay in the resort begins with the boot. One piece of luggage per person, and skis travel with the rest; a V-Class carries seven passengers in comfort, and the Sprinter VIP takes fifteen with a seat for the guide. For families, we ask the children’s ages beforehand so the right seats are fitted. For a group, several vehicles leave together from the same address and arrive together.

We drop you at the chalet or the hotel door, at the exact address, not at the car park on the way in. Give us the name of the residence and the level of the resort: between Courchevel 1850 and the lower levels, the approach is not the same. Night arrivals and Saturday changeover days are the norm rather than the exception; on those days we set off earlier.

In winter, the climb from Moûtiers depends on the snow and on Saturday traffic. Our chauffeurs know the road, and the vehicles are equipped for the season. When conditions turn, we bring the departure forward rather than try to make up time at the end; the arrival you planned is the one we aim for.

In summer Courchevel lives differently: the passes, the cyclists, the trails and the seminars. Journeys run at the same rate, with no night, weekend or public holiday surcharge. For the way back, we leave the resort with your flight or train time in hand, keeping the margin the road asks for that day. The price is agreed before departure and given on request.
